Practical Yoga for the Dental Hygienist – Sunday, October 22, 2017

Join us for a 90 minute yoga class that will begin with practical and accessible yoga for the Dental Hygienist. We will focus on breathing, cultivating presence and easy body alignment to keep us less fatigued and more energized during our physically strenuous work day. 1.5 hours of CEU’s awarded through the AADH!
